In this case, one size does not fit all for our residential cleaning service. We encourage an inspection/video call of your property and a pre-agreed bespoke checklist for our clients prior to commencement of services.

We are firm believers that three is the magic number at Better Call Moe which is why we have a minimum trial period of three weeks for our residential cleaning service.
The trial is three weeks long as it takes this amount of time for both you and our operative to become comfortable with one another and for our operatives to pick up on how you would like tasks to be carried out.
Once the trial period comes to an end, we will be in touch to discuss continuing the service and should you have any notes or comments you would like us to add to the account we are on call and ready to action.
