What is an end of tenancy clean?

An end of tenancy clean is a mandatory professional cleaning service (Stipulated in your assured shorthold tenancy agreement) required for all tenants once vacating a rental property.

How many cleaners are required for an end of tenancy clean?

This is very much contingent on the size of your property. As a firm we usually deploy a minimum of two and a maximum of six BCM operatives so you can rest assured your property is in safe hands.

How long does an end of tenancy clean usually take?

Each property takes a different length of time to clean depending on the size, number and condition of the rooms. Our bookings team will be happy to provide an estimation of works once supplied with the necessary information.

Will you bring your own cleaning supplies and machinery?

Upon arrival our cleaning teams will be fully armed with the finest products and machinery to tackle the filthiest of properties.

How can I arrange access if I am not at home?

As a firm, we try to take the stress away during your move out. We offer a free key collection service (limited to a one-mile distance from the property) where our cleaning teams can collect keys from a key safe or local lettings agent to perform works.

What options do I have?

We offer a range of additional services as part of your end of tenancy clean including external window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning et al.

How do I pay?

Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of works. Payment can be made either via bank transfer or via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

Am I offered a cleaning warranty?

All of our end of tenancy cleans come with a forty-eight-hour warranty as standard. In the event any cleaning omissions were flagged (by the inventory clerk alone) we will require evidence in the form of an inventory clerks report to substantiate any claims and to arrange a cleaning revisit.
